Harry M. Perks (April 3, 1928 – September 29, 2013) was the former Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Streets Commissioner of Philadelphia, President of Day & Zimmermann, and Deputy Superintendent of Schools of Philadelphia. He owned his own engineering firm, Perks Reutter Associates, until 2008.
